Terms and Conditions of Entry for More Time, More Joy* (“Promotion”)

1. Promotion Period

This “More Time More Joy”* Promotion commences at 16.00 AEST on 7 October 2025 and automatically concludes at 23.59 AEST 31 October 2025 (Promotion Period).

This Offer is applicable for stays at Elysia Wellness Retreat between the periods of and including 7 October 2025 until 30 June 2026. All Stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.elysiaretreat.com.au/our-packages/all-inclusive-package/ (Eligible Stay)

2. Promotion Offer

This “More Time, More Joy” Promotion Offer includes the following offer:

(a) Stay for 7 nights, only pay for 5 nights
(b) Stay for 5 nights, only pay for 4 nights
(c) Stay for 4 nights, only pay for 3 nights

3. General Promotion Terms

No upfront payment is required when booking, although a deposit of $550 per person is required within 72 hours of booking to secure your reservation. Our coordinators at Elysia Wellness Retreat will contact you from the details supplied by you when booking to process your payment of the deposit. Payment of the balance of your booking is required at least 6 weeks before your arrival date. Failure to make payment of the deposit or the balance of your booking within the times specified in these terms and conditions may result in cancellation of the booking.

Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new arrival date within a 12-month period from the date of receipt of payment of the deposit (fees apply – please refer to full Elysia Wellness Retreat Terms and Conditions). Transfers are subject to availability, and Elysia Wellness Retreat reserves the right to vary the cost of a booking if the new arrival date is more than 12 months from the date of receipt of the deposit. If you need to postpone your stay, notice must be provided to Elysia Wellness Retreat at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you provide notice within 14 days of your arrival, a date amendment fee of $550 is payable (per person). If you provide notice more than 14 days before your arrival, a date amendment fee of $50 is payable (per person). If you cancel your booking, for any reason, with less than 48-Hours’ notice from your arrival date, you will be charged in full for the entire booking. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.
