Gift Vouchers are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift Vouchers purchased for Elysia Day Spa are only redeemable for day spa treatments and product purchase at the day spa and unable to be used towards a retreat stay or any other offer. Guests’ with gift vouchers will be required to pay a surcharge if booked on public holidays (15%) . If the gift voucher has been purchased at a discounted amount,weekend availabilities may be limited. Gift Vouchers can be regifted by the beneficiary or sold to another party, however, this has to be updated with Elysia Day Spa to ensure our records are correct.Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from original date of purchase unless purchased at a discounted amount.No additional extensions on expiration dates will be given if the gift voucher is regifted or sold on. All purchases made via credit will include a 1.5% surcharge.
