Applying a combination of positive psychology, health and fitness principles, and underpinned with belief that “the quality of our health and wellness, mindset and connection with others lays the foundation for everything we do”, Vic’s comprehensive approach has a deep respect for the holistic wellness of the individual.
Vic’s specialises in fitness training for lifestyle and health span – to have the strength, stability, fitness and endurance to enjoy the things we love doing, as long as we can.
Complementing her fitness training, Vic is also a Coach, with a speciality in Emotional Intelligence development and growth for mindset and behavioural change.
